“The delivery driver showed up and realized he forgot the drink I had ordered. He owned it and said he would be back after he went back to the store to get it and other deliveries. 30mins later, he showed up with my drink, in the hail!!! It was a small gesture that I wish I could give more recognition for!“

“Ordered online. When we arrived they let me know that the first pizza came out a little more burnt than they expected so they made another one on the house and gave us both. Had to wait an extra couple of minutes but I appreciated the integrity and they kept true to their word and gave us a coupon for the delay in the order in addition to the extra pizza“

“What a wonderful addition to our limited fine dining options on the North Side. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and the service. We started with their sourdough foccacia, and it was easily the best foccacia that either my wife or I have ever had. It was smooth, velvety soft and tender on the inside, nicely browned on top, then complimented perfectly with a slight crisp on the bottom. It comes with their signature herbed olive oil and cheese blend for dipping, and together they were sheer perfection. For entrées, my wife had the braised short rib pasta chef's special, and I had the filet with fois gras glaze chef's special. Both were wonderfully delicious, if on the small side. To top it all off, we had the saffron ice cream dessert special, which was refreshingly unique and delicious. Our waiter, William, was also excellent and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and the food preparation. All in all, it was a great experience. We will be back!“

“I ordered the Tostado pizza, and it was great!!! The pretzel bites are so good!! Service was not necessarily bad, but our waitress forgot we were there. She didn't come back to our table for almost an hour. We asked another waitress for to go boxes, and then our waitress came back and apologized for forgetting us. It was not busy, so we shouldn't have been forgotten.“

Parking: Don’t be one of those people who feel entitled to park at the curb. There is an abundance of free parking right in front of the store.“

“Our favorite pizza is the Butcherblock one from this place - it's our "go-to" when my sisters and I are in the mood for pizza. LOTS of meat, so you don't need to order a huge pizza - but we do, because we plan for leftovers.

“I ordered the whole meat calzone it was delicious it was large enough to share but ended up eating it all myself and the dill in the buttery crust topping with the sprinkling on top is really good not sure what it is but it's worth getting and it's a great price as well also friendly staff The gentleman at the register had my order waiting for me when I arrived at the register“

“Our first time eating there tonight! The waitress was great, and the food was phenomenal! The only thing I have to say that wasn’t great, was the bartender opened the “garage” door to the patio, which no one was outside, because it was 96 degrees! It started getting hot, and the flies were coming in at a fast rate! After about 45 minutes, they closed it, thankfully! The rest of the evening was great, with the exception of some fly friends! 🤣😂I would definitely go back and I would recommend it for sure!“

“I haven’t had CiCi’s in years. It tastes as good as I remember, and I absolutely love it. We and in with makeup on and everyone was so friendly and inquisitive. Excellent atmosphere, service, and food. Happy we picked this place to eat. There were several tables between 1:30 and 3. The place was clean, inviting, with a pleasant aroma. They kept that buffet stocked. I swear it has new pizza every time I walked up. They handled 2 large parties while we were there, without a hickup.“
