Ordered for the first time and it was delivered via third-party service....amazing first experience! The pizzas were fresh and hot. The taste was on point and loved the crust. New favorite in the rotation!
The food was wonderful. Service was lacking. Waitress needs training on proper way to serve and check-in on cistomer. She only came to table when bringing ordered items. Never checked in on us, drinks sat empty. Asked for sweetner when drink brought out. Had to reask when appetizer came out as she never came back. There was only 1 other table in the restraunt. When your app fails to correctly charge a customer on an online order, acknowledging there was an error and not arguing about it over the phone is good customer service. Charging the full price for your error and then refusing to refund without making us come back up there and claiming I ordered incorrectly is NOT good customer service. Manager Dave was rude over the phone and nothing but excuses. Won't be back.
