enjoyed a fun treat with my little
was waiting in the drive-thru for ten minutes. i got a $6 meal deal, i only asked for cream and sugar in the coffee(no syrups or add-ins), hashbrowns cold and sandwich was hard as a rock. 10 minutes isn’t bad, but 10 minutes for what i was given is disrespectful. hard earned money=wasted.
I love Dunkin as a brand! This location has some struggles. The team here is not customer focused, and just poorly trained. I watched a girl make a starwberry coolatta wrong 4 times. Not once did any of her teammates show her how to make it right, they just made sure to point out she made it wrong each time. I can’t help but think about their food cost with all that waste! The facilites themselves are also in need of some care. The drive-thru looks like an abandoned building....read full review
