Though I've had a few app issues in the past when ordering from this particular location, it's the excellent pizza being produced @ this location that can sometimes make some issues dissappear. “Usually great food, and we est here often. However, last week we were 100% dissatisfied! First, the entire meal was late, they had to substitute knots for garlic bread, waited forever and the calzone had literally one piece of meat about 1"x1.5" and what looked like a mozzarella stick for cheese. The meal was gross, late, over cooked and not what we ordered or paid for. So disappointed. Since it is a long drive we regularly make I doubt we will be returning. $34 meal wasted.“

“First time having Pizza Tascio. Picked up a pepperoni for the Chiefs game. It was amazing! good char on the crust, crispy bottom, and the sauce was really good. Also the price was fantastic. Spent $23 for an 18" pie that fed 5 adults. Well worth the drive from Zona to NKC. My new favorite pizza joint.“

“This is a classic Pizza option at a really well maintained restaurant. It is a small, family-owned business that has a loyal client base. Their special pink salad dressing is amazing! It's easy to get to, there's lots of parking and you always get great service. They have a very affordable lunch deal and a rewards punch card. It's a relaxed place to sit down and chat with group. You can also watch sports on the TV if you go by yourself.“

“The whole dining experience from start to finish was fabulous. Our waiter Danny B, was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and had great recommendations. The food was amazing! We had whipped ricotta as an appetizer 5/5, the caprese salad 5/5 and the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta 5/5. We took tiramisu cannoli’s to go but if they are like the rest of the food, we will enjoy dessert later!“

“We just ate here for the first time and first of all the pizza was delicious. Maybe best pizza I’ve eaten ever. But backstory, my mom just passed away a week and a half ago and we’ve been on the struggle bus and our server was so incredibly kind to us and there was a magician they hired walking around doing tricks for tables. He was not only amazing and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing but more importantly, he brought us joy to us in a dark time and I will forever be such a fan of this restaurant. It was so needed for myself and my little family and I can’t wait to recommend this place to all. ❤️ Thank you again for a happy night.“

“I never expected to find such a gem scrolling for breakfast on google. Their breakfast menu brings a beautiful blend of culinary fine dining with home style comfort food. “Cosy bar and pizzeria. Pizza bases are deep pan (not thin crust) so don't be greedy and go a size smaller than you might normally. Really friendly staff. Ple ty of sport on TV. I'd recommend either the carne pizza (meat feast) or an Aloha (ham and pineapple).“

“Let me start by saying that I'm a bit of a pizza snob. BUT, I like good quality pizza of all kinds. Pizza Shoppe is one of my favorites in the KC area. Generous toppings, quality crust with a nice, airy crunch, quick turnaround time and attentive wait staff. A detail that I love are their very thick, icy cold glass beer mugs. It makes a huge difference.

The only knock on this particular visit was a very loud bartender whose voice cut through the murmur of all other voices in the restaurant. She was distracting and made it hard to have a conversation.

“A local late night dive of sorts! $7.50 for a personal one topping pizza and a fountain soda is crazy affordable. You won’t be thinking it’s the best pizza you ever had but it’s good. And if you’re looking to kill some time talking with an old friend for hours like I did, sober up from a party night, or feed the munchies, THIS IS YOUR SPOT! I had fun and would come back. The staff were all so kind. The bathrooms were pretty solid too for the amount of foot traffic they had. Thank you!“

Parking: Don’t be one of those people who feel entitled to park at the curb. There is an abundance of free parking right in front of the store.“

This place is surprising and compelling. Food was good, had a pork tenderloin and fries (that’s how I judge a diner). They had my NA beer! I’ll be back with my girlfriends.“
