Small town food at its best. Everything I had here was legit wonderful and charming. The prices are great too, only 8 dollars for a very satisfying lunch that leaves you full, but not painfully full and sluggish like so many other restaurants of similar offerings.The cashew chicken in particular was unique and wonderful. The environment is neat and clean. The service is very good and the food is exceptional! Everything we have ordered is always hot, fresh and bursting with flavor. If you haven't tried the food, I recommend it. A gem in the small town of Sparta.

Looooooove Jade Star. Excellent service and food every single time. Orange chicken and Peanut chicken is superb. Only place that can add heat while adding flavor. They got it spicy enough to make my brother in-law cry A++
