I just had a terrible experience. Donald was serving me and turns out he was the manager as well. He was super slow. Six cars beside me went through before Donald’s Lane got me up to the window. The coffees were good, but the service is terrible. Three people standing around doing nothing while the car just wait. There are other better coffee shops nearby go there.

The staff at 7Brew are always great and friendly, and our experience today at the 7Brew on Sunshine was perfect. When we pulled up, Rory immediately greeted us, and though she's new, she knew exactly how to answer all of our questions about various drinks. Thank you Rory & Madelin for such great experience!

Waited over ten minutes in line, which out of context isn’t bad at all, but considering I watched 4-5 cars that arrived after me get their drinks before me, after picking the shortest lane, was a bit annoying.
I hadn’t come to this location since the last time, when I was given a drink with rancid oatmilk (which, the person working when I brought it back said it was likely left out too long). I know that’s kind of a freak thing, so I figured I would try it again since my usual coffee place had ran out of my order, but I quickly remembered why I typically pass on it. The workers are always nice, but there always seems to be some sort of issue with keeping track of the lanes. So there’s always a 50/50 chance you’re going to be waiting longer than you should be, which is especially frustrating in the morning when trying to get to work.
On top of all that, the coffee is a bit watery and not nearly good enough to warrant overlooking these issues.

Very disappointed today. I sat in line 35 minutes with 2 ahead of me as they kept running one side and numerous (7) people got served before me that arrived after me causing me to be late getting back to work on my lunch hour and I could not get out of line the way that the drive-through was set up no way to get out.
