Our favorite Mexican place in town! We always bring out of town guests here too, and it never disappoints. Food and service are both great.Vegetarian options: It is easy for vegetarians to find something, and they are willing to make any dish vegetarian.
This place....I used to go to (for lunch) all the time. I like it better (then), then I do (now). At night however, they sure (don't) give it away at all. And as you see, my portion of rice and beans (that came with my fajitas)....was quite underwhelming. Is the food good...sure. Maybe even kinda good. But in Springfield and if you want great Mexican food; big quantities and great tasting Mexican: Go to Amigos on S. Campbell; just south of Bass Pro. A far better value and taste,...read full review

There is construction outside, but everything is fine inside.The food isn't too spicy, to this gringo. The choices were plentiful and the food was good. We took 1/2 home as it was a lot of food.
