The food at Qdoba is always delicious, but the service is usually below average . However, Kevin completely changed that today! He was the only one running the line and somehow moved faster and more efficiently than when there are usually two people working. On top of that, he had a great attitude the entire time. It was refreshing to experience such excellent customer service! Kevin really stood out and made my family’s visit a great one!
Cheyanne and the crew did a wonderful job on 09/29/26

QDOBA Mexican Eats is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant chain that offers a variety of delicious meals. The food is a highlight, with options like street tacos, burritos, and steak bowls that are made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff who are happy to make recommendations. Some customers praised the great service, noting that their orders, such as the 3 Cheese Chicken Nachos and steak and shrimp bowl, were prepared well and tasted good, although one mentioned that the steak in the bowl was a bit rubbery. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, with easy wheelchair accessibility. While some reviews indicated that the prices can be a bit high, the generous portions and flavorful dishes make it a great value. Overall, QDOBA is a good place to enjoy a satisfying Mexican meal, despite occasional issues like order delays or tortillas that fall apart.
