Our order today was awful!
There was no Horsey Sauce to be had in packets or in the restaurant.
Our Classic sandwiches were a disaster.
The buns looked like someone had sat on them.
The meat appeared to have been carelessly thrown onto the bottom bun. Only a small amount made it, with the rest hanging out in the wrapper.
We had to stop and reconstruct the sandwiches before we could even pick them up to eat.

WAY TO HOT INSIDE THE STORE
When the Arby’s worker who took your order for your food and was working with food decides to spend his break like this. Right by your table when the whole lobby is empty. Really dude? Gross. If we wouldn’t have already eaten I would be choosing another place to eat.
