Ordered food for delivery. They are 3 min up the road and took over an hour to deliver. Order initially said it’d be 30 min. Felt kinda bad for the delivery guy since he seemed really confused on the process of getting orders out but I hate tipping on service that hasn’t been provided yet. So, delivery was a terrible experience. However, when the food got here…crab Rangoon tasted burnt from bad oil. Cashew chicken clearly comes from prebreaded and frozen nuggets b/c they tasted wet and cold. Dumplings were mushy and undercooked. All and all, trying a local place we’ve lived by for years explains why they had to move to the back of the building. Food is flavorless and delivery service is terrible.

We frequent Bao Bao as we eat local quite often. Usually we have the same older woman take care of us (forgive me as I cannot remember her name at the moment). However, this time it was different. We get the same order every time. Each get general chicken with crab rangoons and an order of egg rolls. The sauce for the chicken seemed different this time. Not sure if things changed in the back or if our taste buds were different this time around, but but my wife and I noticed it. Also, the usual lady wasn't in. It was a different staff person that I had not seen before. She was nice and very helpful though. So no complaints there. Just not sure if ownership changed or not.

It was an amazing experience. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and there wasn’t much people there, so the wait wasn’t really long. Definitely recommend. It’s worth it to eat here.

Bao bao is always amazing. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, the food is top notch, the menu is unique. Awesome spot.

I wanted to love this place. The crab Rangoon and egg roll were ok, fresh veggies were. The beef was absolutely terrible. It had the texture of a big piece of fat. Will not be back. Maybe the chicken would be better, but I guess I’ll never know.

We kept passing by it and finally got the chance to. Really savory. Will come back for that duck dish soon. Didnt know we had to call for it advance. Cant wait. !
