Braum's is a must when visiting Springfield. Service is always polite and the food is hot and fresh. Personally, I think they have the best crinkle cut french fries on the planet. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other fast food burger places. Wish they had one in KC!
Fast, friendly service, great quality food, I go there often and have gotten many different things and even regularly make small changes and I can't recall them ever making a mistake.
I grew up in Tuttle Okla, Where the Braum farm began.
Remember taking my Girl Scout troop for the factory tour.
Moved to eastern Iowa many years ago, and aways miss the ice-cream at Braums.
Every time we travel south we always stop.
But the last few times I've noticed how old & dirty the store have become.
Sorry to see that they haven't kept up with maintenance and appearance of the stores.
