Could not have been a better experience. The food was great, service was great. Cannot wait to go back and try another dish!

We are visiting from out of town for a wrestling tournament and we were looking for pasta for our starving athlete. We found Bruno’s on Google and chose it because it didn’t appear to be over crowded. Although the menu is a bit pricey the quality reflects the cost. The menu is unique, not your typical spaghetti and fettuccine. My son had a Bianca pizza, I had the lobster ravioli, and my husband had the linguine with clams. We also added a house and Caesar salad. Everything was EXCELLENT. I do feel the salads are bit over priced, but the homemade dressings were delicious. Isabelle provided great service; our drinks stayed full and she was helpful with questions and suggestions. We would definitely recommend Bruno’s, but the prices would most likely only make us return for special occasions only. This is entirely our fault for not checking the menu ahead of time!

There are much better places to eat in Springfield, ive tried to eat here many times and have only actually ever ate here twice, once was to go and once was in the restaurant and it's just mediocre. Staff aren't very friendly either

Came in with my kids and the place was dead, was told we couldn't eat here very rudely because we didn't make a reservation. Their food here is terrible but my child wanted italian and it was close. The hostess was so snooty and rude. There is waaayyyyyyy better places to spend your money, we are headed to char now thankfully, I'd gladly drop several hundred dollars on a meal then spend a second of my time or money at this dump.

Went here based off good reviews from online and friends. The service was good, they tried to recommend things that fit our tastes and were really friendly. But the food is just so mediocre, almost no flavor and definitely not worth the price. And person I came with got incredibly sick afterward eating a dish with seafood.

Food was good, would've liked to eat the salads we ordered but they never arrived. All good, though. Our server was very nice, and good but overwhelmed. I think you would solve most of your problems by hiring another server. There were two servers for the entire restaurant. We wouldve ordered more drinks and spent more money, but we didnt see our server for a long period of time. Better service means more money for both the restaurant and servers. You're never going to get repeat customers with that kind of service. Well still come back and support. Just hire more help. 👍

Best Italian I've had in the area. The food never disappoints. And theyll make you a fresh lemonade!
Pick anything from the menu, it's going to be delicious. I'm usually one to stop eating when I'm satiated, but the food is so good here I leave stuffed because I wouldn't dare reheat my tortellini!

Very great evening at Bruno’s. Our server, Mike, was top of the line and the evening was perfect. Probably the best Italian in the area so far.

We were seated a few minutes before our 730p reservation. The restaurant did not seem overly crowded or busy. Our waiter Mike greeted us and brought water after about 10 minutes. He proceeded to get the drink order for the table behind us that was seated at least 15 min after us. When we finally placed our drink order, Mike stated the bartender was backed up. We ended up ordering pasta and a pizza. At one point we heard Mike tell the table behind us that the pizza chef was behind, but then their pizza came out a few minutes later. We are now at 915p before my pasta dish arrives and still no pizza. We ended up canceling the pizza with Mike, which he didn't seem concerned about but then asked us if we wanted dessert. He could see we were visibly disappointed and frustrated with our experience but did not care enough to say anything or get a manager involved. We have been to establishments much busier and have had amazing service. We were really looking forward to our experience at Bruno's, but were left very disappointed.
The service was good, and the arugula salad was outstanding. Unfortunately, everything was excessively salty. While a salty lobster bisque wasn't unexpected, even the pasta tasted very salty. It felt like they were aiming for maximum saltiness before it would taste bitter. A few hours after the meal, my lips were still saturated with salt.
The food is mediocre especially for what I paid. I had lasagne and it was basically ground beef layered with noodles and a little cheese on top. No ricotta. It wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t a true lasagne. I liked their garden salad though. Simple but their dressing was good.
The bruschetta bread was hard as a rock, they did remake it with better softened grilled bread, we ordered 3 pizzas 2 were cold and they all had too much flour on the bottoms which over powered the flavors. Wine was delicious. Probably won’t come back. Especially for the price $104
