Ask for Mike! He was great for our group of 6!
The restaurant has come alive again under new management. Great new menu. Our waitress Sherry is e excellent. Salads very good. The carbonara was disappointing but other pastas were very nice. They had cocktail, wine and food specials. We will return.
Passed through this town and my boyfriend and I decided to stop for dinner. The server was sweet and the food was okay. We needed a jump start for my car, and the assistant manager was quick on her feet to help us. We were parked directly in front of the restaurant, so for their sake, we wanted to get the car out of the way for other customers. The manager of the restaurant came out to help as well, as she let us use her car to jump. It was evident that she was under the influence. She cursed at us and was very rude. I would have expected better hospitality after spending $70 on dinner.
Went in for lunch and was honestly disappointed. The place wasn’t very busy, so I expected decent service, but our server was hardly around. It took way too long to get our food, and when it finally showed up, my $30 plate of ravioli was already cold — clearly had been sitting out for a while before it made it to the table. For that price, I was expecting something fresh and at least warm. The food might have been decent if it had been served properly, but the experience overall just didn’t justify the cost.
Haven't been here in quite awhile but will definitely be back soon. Food was amazing, even better than I remember. We had a dish which featured their homemade noodles and it was so good! The service was great, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Their cocktails were wonderful too. I highly recommend when looking for a downtown place to eat.
This place is absolutely gorgeous! The waiters are so polite and the food is amazing!
Shari/Cheri/Sherry was outstanding. Drinks were great. Food was lovely, desserts were superb!
This is a great Italian restaurant. The menu is concise, which I think is complementary. We could not have asked for better service. All of the staff were very friendly and our waiter was very attentive. My wife ordered the lobster pasta which she said was excellent. I ordered one of two fish options for the day, with two sides. The fish I ordered was a lemon seasoned cod with a white sauce. I had mixed vegetables and grilled brussels sprouts. The vegetables were VERY delicious. I am sorry to report that my cod was overcooked. This was disappointing since the chef did such a good job on everything else. It was a fairly small piece of fish that had been overcooked and was more like a piece of leather. I was actually surprised because I was expecting something much better! I would definitely eat here again, however, I don't think I'll take a chance on ordering the fish.
The tortellini is absolutely amazing as well as the tiramisu is life-changing the restaurant is fantastic a little pricey though I would still highly recommend it
If it wasn't for the charred steak this would have easily been an all 5 star experience for me. Our waiter was great and very attentive. Well make a visit and let me know what you think

The best Italian food (really Sicilian) food in Springfield. Highly recommend. I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s always consistent. PS the gnocchi is back May 2025!!
Best Bolognese I have ever had - order it almost every time I eat at Bruno's. The service is quick and efficient.
Sherry , our waitress was fantastic! Best service I've had in a few years, at any restaurant. I hadn't eaten here in a long time, simply because Italian food is one of my least favorites, but we were out with friends, but they do a great job, and have a selection between fish, chicken, and different types of pasta with sauce. Love that they maintain the history, large mural, and ambience, of the prior owner, Bruno The garlic bread, appetizer with marinara sauce is fantastic and a great value. Wine list is broad and fairly priced .
We went on a Friday night for date night. We arrived at 8:30 the place was clean and inviting. They were out of pizza, mushrooms and a couple other items. The Spaghetti Bolognese was delicious but the portion not worth $24 + a $4 gluten free up charge. The caprese was ok but we had to ask for the basil and received like 1 or 2 small leaves, there was almost no balsamic glaze and also requested more which was still not much. I ordered a Diet Dr Pepper and was charged $4. It was literally a can and they only had 1. When I asked for a refill she brought me what was left in the can. The bread was cold, not room temperature but like it was stored in the fridge. My husband said the soup was good. For a $72 bill the experience and quality was not impressive.
Subpar but was very busy and waitress did a good job. Crème brûlée was very good and better than many metropolitan cities
