No joke, this is my favorite Chinese food restaurant I have ever been to. The cashew chicken is the best I've had (they pioneered the Chinese cashew chicken you'll find at any Chinese restaurant), their soups are incredible, and their sweet and sour chicken is to DIE FOR.
If you live in Springfield and have never eaten here, what are you doing? If you're visiting Springifeld, you must eat here. It will change your life.

Seriously hands down the best Chinese food around! No other state I've lived in can top. I've been a customer for 23 years. Everything is amazing! My favorite is the cashew chicken and egg rolls. Friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious! You won't regret it!!!!

My husband introduced me to The real deal famous SpringField Cashew Chicken. He said the place to go for the real deal is Canton Inn in SpringField. He was right!!! We look forward to making a visit to Canton Inn every time we drive to and from Branson. We are in the KC area and we crave our Canton Inn. We order white meat only for the Cashew Chicken combo meal. It is the best! I highly recommend this sweet little place. Great, friendly service and delicious, quality and affordable food. Thank you Canton Inn.

Don't bother wasting your money. We had a pickup order the cashew chicken was dry, hardly any sauce on the SS chicken. One little scoop of rice. My husband got chicken fried rice the rice was hard. What a waste of 34 dollars for 3 meals. I remember years ago this place was my favorite. They really need to get a better cook and stop being so stingy on their portions. Granted it was later in the evening but that shouldn't matter. As a restaurant always have good food ready. Not the bottom of the barrel.
