For $16 I expect to get everything in my order. They forgot my dressing and they forgot my toppings for a side salad. What’s the deal with this location? This is the second time this has happened.

Owen in the drive thru at lunch on 2-20-25 was very condescending and rude. Not to mention my food was cold.
The worst restaurant in the chain that I have been to. Constantly getting orders wrong. Last time I ordered two meals, got home and didn't have either side, the bun on the sandwich was wrong, and one of the drinks were wrong. Called immediately and was told that it would be taken care of. The full charge went on my card with nothing corrected. Other better chicken options close, or if you insist on Chic then go to S Glenstone, they always get order correct.

So it was sat 9pm waited for about 15 cars to pull through and I made my order and was told they are out of chk breast The girl was rude and said I could just pull through because I said how does a ck place run out of ck, I responded well I can't just pull through because I have 15cars in front &15 cars behind me, but she would know that if she was paying attn. I was told that they had ck strips and fries LMAO. That's front of news. I pulled up and paid it didn't surprise me to see at least 15 people standing around talking inside but yet they can't put a sign up say out of chk before u waste 15 minutes of your life in their drive through for nothing. Before long we will be letting the drive through workers decide what we're going to be eating. I've been to chk fillet all over the country and by far this one on sunshine and Campbell is definitely the lowest on my list by far. This is the third time I have had some kind of issue here, if I wanted chk strips I would have went across the street to Cane's however since I was brought up to speed on ck strips I got some of the cold french fries I constantly get from here. U would think under the circumstances it would at least be hot..i think that's definitely the last disappointment I will get from chk fillet
