Called Chili’s from the parking lot to ask how long the wait was because I’m down in my back and don’t want the pain of walking in if the wait was too long. They refused to give me a wait time “on the phone.” I explained. They still refused! What terribly inconsiderate and inhumane service. Shame on Chili’s! Keep buying that expensive TV advertising instead of taking care of people who are 100 feet from your door and would come in if you’d just answer their question.

Excellent as always! Our server (Jacob) was funny and friendly and always on top of what we needed. If you aren't getting a skillet queso you're missing out, I could literally drink the stuff it's so good.

Great food and clean restaurant. Service was good too. I guess it depends on your server. Surprisingly fast for lunch.

My only complaint is the appetizer I ordered was overcooked. The two waitresses who assisted us did a phenomenal job.

As someone who grew up eating at Chili's regularly, the quality of food has deteriorated drastically. The quality of customer service is also unsettling. I'd recommend other eateries in the area.

I love restaurants like Chili’s because they are cozy and you can just sit talk and eat. It’s nothing fancy and I’ve never experienced a long weight at this location. The food is great. Prices are fair and it’s clean.

Great service but the Nashville chicken was so salty it was inedible. My sliders were raw in the middle and so salty that even if they were cooked I couldn't eat them. My wife got the wings and a salad and they were great.

Baby Sis and I tried Chili's yesterday for dinner. When I say it was horrible, it was horrible. Everything tasted old and reheated. I got the trio and the server raved about the brisket quesadilla. I don't know why I listened to her eating brisket and BBQ on a tortilla. The tenders were stale and the corn was so soft as if it had been sitting for days. My sister ordered the baby back ribs. They overcooked what little meat was left on it. You can tell it was boiled or baked but not grilled. They even got her order wrong. She had missing items. We were so nice about it but the server wasn't. She immediately grabbed our food and said I'll comp your food, have a great evening, I'll tell the manager. The manager never came out. Instead, the manager told her that we could go, we didn't have to pay. I thought it was really rude and unprofessional. As a manager you should've came to offer first, apologies then a way to fix the problem. Suggest a different menu option or offer to make it fresh. NOTHING!!! The server came back and said you guys can go, thanks, with a little attitude. We just laughed and said good evening.
