Really hit or miss on the quality. last week, got the guiltless sirloin, and it was amazing. choice cut, tender, flavorful. this week, same order, but it was the worst cut of meat I've had in a restaurant. Tough, chewy, so much tendon throughout that I had to spit out most of it. if I had gotten it in store, instead of to-go, I would have sent it back for another one, but I couldn't drive back to complain.
