Chipotle Mexican Grill

I went here the other day and they had all the ingredients, even the fajita veggies and vinaigrette! It was so good!

Waiting for my order for an hour now. Terrible to see 7 people working and only one is doing the online orders. Don’t order from here it’s a train wreck. Like management needs new training on how to manager 7 people to be efficient. Crazy to see them all standing around with orders being an hour late. There’s two whole lines that could be utilized. Really pathetic honestly. I’ve been in hospitality for over 15 years and have never seen such a poorly managed place.

The food was good but the service was extremely slow and the store was in bad shape. It was dirty, the ice machine didn't work.
The food is grossly over priced vs the amount you get.
My meal was $14.05 and I left far from full. And sadly I don't eat that much.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They over charged us, and they had the audacity to complain when we asked to get a refund on the over charge. Made my husband wait intentionally to get his refund. Their staff is rude, incompetent and downright hateful. I will go to the Chipotle on Campbell which is where we usually go. They're kind and actually know how to do their jobs.

Genuinely the WORST chipotle ever, staff is rude and doesn't care. The food is garbage quality and either cold or undercooked. They're literally ALWAYS out of something and it happens to always be multiple things at once not just one thing. And it's at any given time of day not just at night. Oh!! And the rice is always hard too 🙄 Save yourself the headache and don't go here make the drive and go to any other chipotle

This has got to be the worst run Chipotle in all of America. Piss poor across the board. Multi times out of BASIC items like cheese. They refuse to serve chips unless its an online order at times. They refuse to take customers at the counter because they do not have enough workers and can only do ONLINE - bunch of bullshit (1-19-25). Who is in charge of this location is a clown of a regional manager to not see the issues and fix them.

This place is out of half the items chipotle typically has (steak, grilled vegetables and few others. When I asked why they were out the guy behind the counter said “we just don’t have them) this is at 11am. Pico looked like it was from 2 days ago

I don't like to leave bad reviews but our experience today was dismal and gawd awful. We arrived at 12:15, the height of the lunch hour. We waited for meats (chicken and steak) to be cooked and was told the brisket wasn't available because it was still "a big block of ice". Isn't everything supposed to be refrigerated and not frozen? Finally, the chicken was done and I ordered my bowl. They were out of vegetables so no peppers or onions and none were offered. No one seemed too eager to refill the empty containers and just stood there staring at us. The tables were dirty and no one ever came out to clean. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic. The total bill was just under $32. We would have gladly paid that without regret if the food, service and atmosphere deserved it. Today's fare did not. This was only the second time I have eaten at Chipotle and probably my last.

9pm Saturday Night

Not a single clean table, drink dispensers less than 10% full, no napkins, food was all cold, they put trays under pans under the food to keep it clean negating the use of a steam table. Quite a few huge health code violations other places.

Absolute joke. Bad attitude. Bad service. The slowest chipotle I've ever been to in my life. These people are beyond lazy and should all be fired. Starting with the emo chick out front with the attitude.

For 3 months now every time I go they are out of veggies and chips. If you complain they say complain online. One time they even told me they had the veggies but would not go cook them. They force you into doing an online order most of the time refusing to service at location just bc then they have your money before they tell you they out of half your order. I tend to never have the energy to leave negative reviews but at this point this location should just shut down. The management and inventory is a mess.
