The food here is consistently bad and the employees are unsanitary, ( I pulled three strands of brown hair from my quesadilla)

Big fan of chipotle but this location in general is horribly managed.

My order on the app was placed and for the crew to figure where it was and how to use the computer systems and I made it known that I waited an hour for this and it’s close to closing time for them and it was NOT busy and all I got was a sorry. I barley had chicken in my bowl. :/ super nonchalant workers

I’ve come here multiple times and it has constantly understaffed and quality is subpar for chipotle standards

The food was honestly really good quality. I couldn't complain about that at all and really the employees were doing the best that they could with what they had. They had one guy building the burritos and doing cash register. While everybody else was doing other stuff. I'm assuming they were low on people. None of the tables were cleaned off and if they were expecting old boy who was doing burritos and cash register to do the tables that's insane. I wish I got his name cuz he deserves all the credit and he wasn't even a manager I'm pretty sure but hey food was good. I can't complain too much

Whomever was managing the store at 12:30pm on Monday the 24th was extremely hostile towards her employees. This lady was loudly reprimanding her grill employee. Loud enough in a busy store I could hear her continuously reprimand from the door and she continued to do this until we ordered. There were about 5 people in front of us so the line was to the door. The was she was speaking to him was extremely unprofessional and could see it was not creating a good learning environment. She blamed it on “tough love”. She was also following him around the grill area to continue to get into him whilst also being extremely close to him and his face. Then she proceeded to take a phone call and was complaining extremely loud about the walk in. This created a hostile feeling for me- I felt as though I was interrupting and felt terrible for the employees who looked like they were walking on egg shells. Overall though the employees were kind to us and seemed to be doing a fantastic job! No need to ever yell, raise your voice or demean your employees ever. But especially not in-front of customers! But shout out to the employees they were composing themselves very well!
I’d also like to mention that the grill employee did not talk back and only ever said “yes ma’am”

Avoid mobile ordering here, it will be late and wrong.

Placed an order at 10:05pm and when I arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time at around 10:35 both employees were sweeping the floors and closing up the store. My order was not started, which would've been fine if I wasn't forced to show the employee the order on my phone, followed by them asking if I had the right store, which I did. The manager then came out and also had to see the details on my phone, and also asked if I had the right store, guess what, I still did! Manager then finally checked the computer for the first time since I arrived and instantly found my order. Despite this, the 4 people that had entered the store were served in line before me, and were treated much more nicely and normally than I was.

I have a lot of respect for these people doing this grueling retail/food service job, but when you accuse a customer who has already paid of lying, TWICE, I kind of expect at least one sorry. Instead I left feeling annoying for picking up the order I placed and without the extra tortilla I had paid for.

Make the drive to Sunshine, I've waited 30+ minutes at this location during all times of the day because of similar issues, and often pay for salsa or an extra tortilla that isn't in the bag.

Speed of service depends on staffing levels. Too many visits have had items out of stock.

This place is always a mess, incredibly slow and awful customer service. The manager completely ignored me when I was waiting to order and didn't acknowledge the fact that none of her employees were available to help me.
The door dash orders have taken over this restaurant, which isn't their fault but schedule more people to work. There should be one dedicated door dash order person, one dedicated line worker, and one dedicated cashier.
I probably won't be coming back

They have one person making food and the same person checking people out at 8:20PM. Been here for 30 minutes and they have served a total of 5 people. Still in line. What is this business model? Not the first time I’ve waited this long at this chipotle.

I’ve consistently had excellent experiences at Chipotle, and this location is no exception. The staff were friendly and professional, and the food was fresh and flavorful.
