This place gets 5 Stars for having the worst reviews. I travel across the country and look at reviews of all Chipotles I’m near.

It’s the same complaints and it’s systemic.
February 2025
Most of my food and experience was good. However, I ordered a side of cheese dip and it was terrible. When they were labeling it our they had to scrape it into the bowl because it was so congeled. They brought our a new batch right after the cup was filled. I asked if they could give me different queso because the cup they gave me looked disgusting. The guy at the counter said it's actually just concentrated cheese flavor. I had to heat it up in the microwave to make it palatable.

We like chipotle food specially from first colony mall, sugar land. Their food is yummy in reasonable price.

Vegetarian options: They have variety of veg options.

Kid-friendliness: They have build your own option in kids meal. Using that option kids can select three options of their choice.
