Did not like the hidden charge for using my debit card.

Promptly seated and served. Being one it was quick. I ordered the enchiladas ecoustaza ? Chicken and spinach with a san miguel cream suace. The plate was hot from being baked which was great. Spinach was poor quality. The hot sauce was just right, not too spicy. Ordered sopapill's for desert. They were good. My server, Alexandria did an excellent job fo taking care of me and keeping my water glassm filled even though it was busy. My complaint was at the end of the meal. No warning after I had the bill brought back discovred on a little piece of paper tucked inside the credit card book was a notice. Cash was preferred. If you use a debit or credit card you will be charged 3% as a convenience fee. WHat is happening? Yes I know that credit card companies charge a fee for the merchant to accept their cards. This is a standard cost that should be factored into the menu price. Not a hidden charge. Other thing the suggested tip amount now starts at 18%? What happened to 10%. The restaurents don't want to pay their servers a living wage and expect the customers to make up the difference. I tip a certain amount per person in the dining party and the quality of service provided. The cost of eating out has gone up. I dig that. But why does the percentage for the tip keeps increasing.

They fixed me up with a nice combo platter to take home, huge bag of chips to go with and nice sauce to dip them in. Great burrito and taco, good food.

Really good food and SUPER TASTY margaritas!!! I'm kind of a chip snob and theirs were light, cripsy, tasty and hot. Good homemade salsas for dipping.

Wife and daughter went in was seated and told a server will be right with them. 20 minutes later not so much as even a drink order taken to where as other guests were seated and served. Ended up leaving with out a word spoken to them. 7.30.21 around 4:50 pm

Visited the Primas Mexican Grill located at 2101 West Chesterfield Ste A100 Springfield, MO. I had called the restaurant earlier in the week to discuss the need for a low sodium meal. I stated what I meal I was desiring and she made an inquiry to the kitchen. I was told - yes they could do that. Arriving at the restaurant for lunch we were welcomed and the waitress took my very specific meal directions. I had asked for no added seasonings to keep the Sodium count lower. She understood perfectly and conveyed that info on the order with bullseye proficiency. When my meal arrived the Chef could not have made it better. I could tell the Chef read my order with care and it was cooked to my precise specifications. I understand there could be some contact with sauces and seasonings but I could tell the Chef who prepared my meal took great care for that not to happen or to minimize it as much as possible.. I am truly thankful for that. The lunch I ordered was the Lunch Baja Salad. The chicken, peppers and onions, which were topped with avocado slices and tomatoes (Monterey Jack cheese presented on the side per my request) was so delightful to eat. Thanks to the entire staff for making this happen. It was nice to be able to eat a delicious meal even though I have dietary limitations.

Newly reopened dining room and limited seating & staff. Front of house staff is doing a great job and are wearing masks. The entire kitchen staff had their masks under their chins, which had I noticed before I had eaten I would've mentioned sooner. I did mention it to the manager after dinner, and she said she would address it with them. The skinny margarita is good, but the star of the show are the thin crispy tortilla chips. I ordered the shrimp Diablo which came with rice and beans but I declined the rice and it also came with flour tortillas that were pretty thick, but the Diablo sauce was so thin, it was difficult to eat with the tortillas, so I just knife & forked it. Diablo means Devil, to indicate that this dish is spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. My Mom enjoyed her chimichanga and my Dad enjoyed his dinner as well, although they come here primarily for the thin tortilla chips that remind them of Chevy's chips at home in STL.
