Phenomenal Cubano sandwich. As authentic as you can get. The guava sauce with the pulled pork tacos is out of this world. I'll be going back soon to try more menu items and order some coffee.

Ive been to Country Girls every week for the past 4 or 5 weeks. Every time, great sandwiches. I like the Cuban and the Rachel. Coffee is great, but I always just order a Turtle. My wife loves the Miami and a Vanilla Lavender coffee.UPDATE- new name for them and I have been going back every week for over a year now. Same great food and coffee and always a friendly chat with Mike. I still love the Rachel, and my wife still loves the Cuban, but we do try other sandwiches and they are all great.You have to stop in for Cuban Taco Tuesdays! The pulled pork taco is amazing!For those that dont know cuban food, it is not spicy at all, just lots of well balanced flavor!

Awesome place, they have amazing food, amazing drinks, and amazing people, you’re guaranteed to feel appreciated and respected as a person there, I feel like they’re super underrated.
We stopped into the little shop to kill some time waiting on an appointment. The owner was extremely pleasant. We had a nice conversation about where he was from and how he got to Springfield. He also shared why he had the only authentic Cuban sandwich in town. And it did it disappoint! The meat on this sandwich was so tender and the bread made the difference. We split one and we were satisfied. If you get a chance stop in here. You won’t be disappointed.

When I say they have great Cuban sandwiches, I know what I'm talking about coming from Plant City Florida, just a few miles from Tampa, where the Tampa style Cuban sandwich (much better than the Miami style) was invented. The Cuban from Country Girls can match or beat any Cuban sandwich I've ever had, and I've eaten a ton of them growing up! Super friendly staff and great food! Their smoothies and coffees are delicious too!

I've had Cuban sandwiches from Cuban owned restaurants and a handful of places in FL. This place actually outperforms all Cuban sandwiches I've had while still being traditional. The Cafe con Leche is also perfect. Tastes just like the ones I had in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend if you're craving a traditional Cuban sandwich.
