My husband and myself just got back home from the Culver’s on sunshine and he got his order wrong. He wanted a double cheeseburger add bacon no tomato. Get home and it’s plain. Called back and get a refund and they pretty much told him he lied and that his crew wouldn’t do that. So unprofessional and very disappointing since we come here at least 2 times a week

They messed up our food. The manager was rude, and we ended up waiting a long time to not get our corrected order, so we got a refund and went to Jimmy John's instead
