After many years of coming and supporting this location, including the purchase of many ice cream cakes, we will not be back. We placed the order for the cake in plenty of time and asked for a graduation theme with the colors we provided. As you can see in the picture, this had nothing to do with graduation and the lettering was not even centered.

Screwed up the whole order. Didn’t get anything correct. Could not understand what the drive threw worker said. Ordered kids cheese burger meal with sprite and small blizzard. A1 double cheese and onion rings. Got regular cheeseburger, onion rings, medium sprite and blizzard. Then tried to get the order correct and still did not have it correct. This place is a complete disgrace. The employee Is the rudest I have ever seen. Handing us ice cream blizzards that are literally running all over the place. My ice cream sandwich was melted completely and the manager was the rudest I have ever seen. I’ll be calling Marge so the rude lady said as she slammed the window closed on me is supposedly the managers name. I will be immediately calling in the morning to complain!!!
