The food tasted good, But I have found better at several other places. The main problem I had was with the staff -- they were very dismissive. Ideally, not what you want for a place that serves food.

I love Einstein Bros. I always get the Nova Lox on an everything bagel with chive cream cheese. U literally cannot go wrong. A little pricey for fast food breakfast but it's delish. Iced coffee with chocolate is an OG favorite & the twice baked hash brown is good IF it's not old... If it's old, may God have mercy on your breakfast.

Staff was kind. Ordered two bagels but one was the wrong one. Tried to call but no one answers the phone. Tried the other location and it's entirely the wrong number all together. I just want what I ordered considering this place isn't super cheap.

Stopped here on a busy Sun morning for the second time in a couple months. Coffee is always fresh, breakfast sandwiches are super delish. This time through, they missed the fact I ordered two eggs on my sandwich. The manager (I assume) walked over and apologized for the messed up order and gave me a couple chocolate chip cookies. It was a very nice gesture and we will be back for another visit soon! Highly recommend this little place in Springfield MO if you want an easy, casual bite for breakfast!

If you dine-in for breakfast do not expect any service. Every time I go in, they give my order in a to-go bag despite telling them I’m dining in. I usually get a pause if I ask if they can bring my order out to the table. Even when they agree to bring my order to the table, they yell my name and leave it on the counter…in a to-go bag.
