The staff here are so incredibly sweet and kind, I don't usually like breakfast foods but the bagel sandwiches are soooo good!! Especially the maple house and Texas brisket! They have the best bagels too with lots of different cream cheese options. This location in particular is one of my favorites because of the awesome staff here!
Staff greeted me during visit but no other conversation or concerns addressed during this service. Business was busier then expected for time of day.
The Nova Lox are to die for! The staff is helpful in decision making and the order was ready fast!

Recently, one customer mentioned the need for staff training after a service issue, but they still enjoyed the bagels and coffee. Positive experiences were also noted, particularly with staff members Sarah and Justin, who provided excellent service and helped customers create their ideal meals. The manager's support for new hires speaks volumes about the restaurant's environment. Although the parking lot is somewhat awkward and limited, there are positive aspects that make this location a recommended spot for a casual breakfast bite. Overall, it is considered the best place in Springfield to get breakfast.
