What happened to your chips ? ? ?Served cold and they are thicker. The flavor is different. Not nearly as good and very disappointing. I don't know what you changed but it's not good. Disappointing and your customers do notice. Why would you serve cold chips? Yuck.Please reconsider. Why Change if your customers hate it? This is why favorite restaurants go under.
