One star for service only because the lady was terrified to take an order from deaf customer, messed up my coffee order and didnt even try to talk as I can talk and read lips just fine. Need to have a staff training. Never got my receipt as I can tell she tried to get rid of me. Bagels and coffee are good though.

Sarah and Justin made my first time here excellent! I knew I wanted a warm bagel sandwich with two eggs and all the veggies, and they recommended how to make it happen at the best cost possible. It was exactly what I wanted, and kept me full until dinner time! I didn't feel rushed, and made sure to keep letting other patrons go ahead of me while I asked a bunch of questions. As a stay at home parent, I don't treat myself very often. I thought everything was fantastic!!...

Love this location so much, they always have the most kind staff and make the best food! Everything I've gotten from here was delicious, definitely the best place in Springfield to get breakfast!
