Friend's Karaoke Pub

Went to Friends on Halloween and a couple days later saw the charge for our tab and an extra $199 charge that posted to my credit card from the same night. Went back to talk to someone and they said the owner would call back since they didn’t have access to that stuff. The owner called to verify that last 4 of my card then gave me the run around for over a week and never said they’d refund the charge. Just be careful starting a tab and reach out to your bank to report fraud if it happens. Thankfully I got my money back that way.

First time visiting this bar. Comfortable atmosphere. Good pizza. Bartender was friendly and quick to serve. They were short staffed this night so had no table service.

I came here wanting to grab a drink and Kariyoke. The Gen Z deejay said he said he wanted to read the temperature in the room before he let me pick a song after I suggested counting crows so I said how about some Jason Aldean and he said I would have to wait. Seems pretty offensive to me. I'm was looking forward to this place but he ruined my night. I won't be back.

The DJ gatekeeping songs is terrible. Told me the song I chose was too slow and then proceeded to allow the next 6 songs that were slower than the one I picked. Literally, mine would have been the fastest song played in the next hour.

Everything else was great.

Don't know much about the food, but the atmosphere is welcoming & a lot of pool tables

Kerokie the best

The DJ vapes and talks on the phone rather than moving the singer list along. She gives preference to certain (not good) singers going over and over again. Generally not a good atmosphere.

Refuse to allow my eighteen year old son to come in as my designated driver. Even though it's the state law. I even showed The owner that it is a state law He had a horrible attitude and was very disrespectful

Best karaoke bar around and is full of energy, great bartenders, great food, and great singers. It's a must to go here when you go to Springfield. We've been going here for years and have never been disappointed.

Maybe, I'm biased ... But having traveled all over the world can definitely say, "Friends is the place to become a friend and enjoy the night."

I came here the week before Halloween, and quickly became friends with everyone in the bar!

Their smiling faces welcomed me back every night I was in town ... It's a feeling that I cherish. I can't wait to be back!
