Garbo's Pizzeria

We love the Garbo's Santa Fe Salad with chicken. The small is big enough to split. The house Italian dressing is great. We go early enough that we can usually get a table. And it is quiet enough that you can carry on a conversation!

horrible service !!! pizza was not good. the “famous st louise” crust taste like cardboard. absolutely flavorless

To start I really enjoy Garbo's food. But in regards to ordering your food, it better be just something on the menu. I tried to substitute a couple of the meats for vegetables, on our Pizza or even pay extra for the vegetables, just remove the meats and it's wrong. 60% of the time so order, What's on the menu and enjoy But, be careful if you try to order something special or different .Because it doesn't happen regularly . Hour and 20 min later was correct......6 people in the restaurant at the time..

I have been looking for a good pizza! I found it! This place had the greatest pizza ever in Springfield. Will defiantly be coming back! Austin specifically was super nice and helpful! Super family friendly and budget friendly! Try the salad!

OMG 😳 best love of a Italian Heaven ❤️!! Don't let the name fool you on Pizzeria. They have a full option menu of deliciousness. Plenty of seating! Outside patio on the first floor. Then inside the first floor, because there is an amazing upstairs with great seating and the best place all is out on the second floor balcony. For a fantastic dinner under the Stars 🤩

We came here on Father’s Day because friends told us it was good. We got toasted ravioli and it was great! We got one of our pizzas and they said they messed one up but would bring out the one they messed up to us for free and redo the one we ordered. They also forgot the salad we ordered, but we got it after we asked. They gave us an on the house beer for the mess ups which was very nice. We are 100% coming back.

Omg Garbo’s, your pizza is next level!! We got the one loaded with bell peppers, TWO kinds of olives, mushrooms (the good thick and juicy kind that taste super fresh), ham, Italian sausage, banana peppers—like, it was absolutely stacked with flavor. Every bite had something going on, and it was all so freaking good. The thin crust was perfectly crisp, the cheese was just the right amount (not too heavy but so satisfying), and somehow I felt energized and healthy after eating it?! Definitely all those veggies and yummy meats. Can’t wait to order some for takeout again!

I love the history of locally family owned restaurants but after my third recent attempt of dinning, I am disappointed. Two of my experiences have resulted in no meal at all. In our post COVID world all establishments are struggling and that’s why I make the extra step to dine local. Two times now I have either been told the kitchen cannot take additional orders with off ordering times or had my order lost in the kitchen. I know the passion the family behind this establishment has to serve our community and hope their staff can elevate themselves to serve patrons the same. For now, I cannot trust I will receive my order or the opportunity to order so will have to take a break or make sure I call far ahead to ensure service.

Are you kidding it's Garbo's. If you've not had it go. Friendly staff, thin crust pizza, good drinks, good prices. We come here at least once a month, side salad barely fits on the plates, thin crust hamburger with black olives is our go to.

We are always impressed with the food, the staff, and the overall hospitality of this place. A Springfield gem for sure!

Not sure how I’ve never left a review for this place! I have had pretty much every birthday here since I was 8, and definitely plan to have my birthday dinner here this year as well! Not only birthdays but nearly every time we get the whole family together, this is where we always go. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu, but the house salad and any pizza is the way to go!!! Sooo good always.
