I just had a great birthday dinner at Gilardi’s. I have Alpha Gal Syndrome, which means I cannot have any mammal products. I also have another condition that requires avoidance of most non-vegetable derived carbohydrates. With my dietary restrictions dining out is especially stressful & difficult. No stress or difficulty tonight because they were super accommodating of all my restrictions without making me feel like a burden.
