Goodcents, and this location in particular, is my go to sub shop. Its my favorite Italian since starting college in the 90s. Today I wanted to get an early start on Super Bowl Sunday and every page I could find said they were open at 10. Google, Facebook, Yelp and even their individual corporate page agreed that it was 10 instead of 11, but evidently no one told the manager or employees. I order all the time. My grandmother decided to order lunch for us and couldn’t get my sons sandwich correct. And when she called about it because he was already eating it nothing could be done. What was he supposed to do watch me eat?? Very disappointed that this is continuing about the sandwiches not being made correctly.
