I go thru drive thru at least every 2 weeks, but went to the one on front of hyvee. Stay away from that place! Cold bread, stale bread, old burger. Didn't finish it. Go to this one!

I live not far from here, so went fairly often. Got myself and daughter something. Both burgers plain, just meat and cheese. I get home, daughters burger isn't plain, am able to fix it. My burger is a completely different burger, cheapest vs dbl bacon cheeseburger. So we go back. It's been 30 min at this point, as I eat fries first.
They pull it up, and see my oringal order up there, after I told them it was supposed to be #4 plain. He said he was wondering about it. It's been sitting there for 30 min, and I almost push to have them make me a new one. Decide to not push it. People make mistakes, no big deal.
I get home, and the burger isn't plain! At least it was the right one this time.

Was here a month ago. Waited 25 minutes for 2 bacon and cheese biscuits. Watched over 12 vehicles go through the drive through. Asked for my money back. Decide to give it another try. Have been coming to this location on Sunday for 7 years. This time have been waiting for 25 minutes again. The absolute worst customer service out of anywhere in Springfield. Had to leave 1 star to leave a review. Definitely needs to go back to the old management.

Best breakfast in the business!! Their made from scratch biscuits are amazing! Fast and friendly service. Even their lunch is fantastic, hand breaded chicken tenders are better than the myriads of chicken chains out there. Keep it up Hardee's!! Thank you!

Whoever is working your drive through is extremely rude . Julia , pink hair . Put out by anyone in the drive through . Pretty disappointing . No one was even in the restaurant .

I visited the battlefield road location in Springfield Missouri this morning to get a breakfast sandwich to go. I went inside the building and stood at the counter for about 2 minutes with no one even acknowledging the fact that I was standing there. And then the lady who I would assume is the manager because she's the one that was wearing the gold name tag came up to the counter. She didn't say hello, how are you doing today, welcome to Hardee's, or anything she just said what can I get you. I placed my order after using my debit card and waited. She handed me my food without saying a word and turned around and walked away. Not so much as a thank you, or have a nice day. Probably the worst service I've ever had at a Hardee's. I will definitely avoid going back to that location. Would not recommend!
