We ordered two burgers and a kids meal and waited for over an hour and never received them. When we asked our server about it she said “I thought you were waiting on other people to arrive.” We never said that. We had to pay for the drinks and appetizer we did receive. No apology and no lunch for my hungry kid. Really annoying. The Nixa one has always been good.
Food is always consistent, but the best thing they have going is their service. Emmaline waits on me often and does an absolutely fantastic job. She’s the type of server that almost reads your mind and brings you what you need before you even ask. Great service each and every time I visit by Emmaline.
We came in to watch the chiefs game and Emma and Torin were great servers! They were very attentive and professional!
