I tried the general chicken and crab rangoon at Hong Kong inn and it wasn’t good. The chicken was chewy, the skin was soggy, and the general sauce was rather watery and flavorless. The crab rangoon were crunchy, but were rather flavorless. After I ate a few bites, I called them and told them about everything. They told me to go back to the restaurant to get a refund. When I got back to the restaurant a different lady than who I spoke to on the phone said that their food was fresh and said how long they’d been in business. She then took the food, said half was gone, (which it wasn’t ) then proceeded to tell me that I can either have half my money or my food back.I definitely would not recommend this restaurant. There is much better Chinese food in town.

Great meal, service unique but well executed. Place was well kept and ambience was on. Seating ample, bathrooms were in need of cleaning but all in working order.

This place serves the best Springfield-style cashew chicken, in my opinion, and far and away the best crab rangoon anywhere! Everything else I've tried has been great. Fresh veggies in the egg rolls, fried in fresh oil - delicious! Egg drop soup on a cold day - yum! Generous portions and consistent quality!

There’s only three places to get cashew chicken in Springfield. Hong Kong inn on Sunshine, Hong Kong inn on Glenstone, and Hong Kong in on Kearney.

This used to be my favorite place to eat in Springfield. This location and every other in Springfield have been going way downhill. More and more common the chicken is dry, stringy, and tough to chew. Please fix this. I want my favorite back..Been a long time since I've been go this location and I'm remembering why with this visit. And seeing my previous review above. I now remember why I don't come to this one anymore. I can't say anything good this time either.
