I was ordering from their food service a lot as in the middle of remodeling home. At first it was great, I no longer order their meals due to not receiving the correct order, missing food items, incorrect food items. After the 7th incorrect order, I reported the issue. Polite email responses, offers made but not delivered, now nothing.
Chose this bakery location for a shared birthday cake (18 & 21). Holy cow, way more than what I expected. Not only was it gorgeous, it was delicious!
Ordered flowers for delivery. What was delivered was, honestly, sad. I not only very much overpaid but I'm embarrassed that anyone would think I sent that to them on purpose.
