Every table was dirty. Took 45 minutes to make 2 cheeseburgers and fries. Went to pick it up and eat it and the bottom bun was soaked in grease. Ended up getting a refund (didn't get refunded on the tip tho) and went and did my grocery shopping at Harter House.

Hy Vee managed to ruin their Market Grille and it's a shame. Now you get "made to order" that makes you question if it was made to order or if it sat in the window far too long to be brought to you..or if it came from the hot case. Food tastes like it is from the hot case, just like a gas station, and isn't worth the bloated price they now charge. You can make exactly the same stuff at home, get better service (as there is literally none), have better quality, and pay 1/3 the price.Sadly, we won't be coming back and should have gone to Bricktown.

The grocery store is awesome, but the pharmacy is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Good grocery store though!

Really friendly crew working there. The hibachi grill guy was very nice and helpful with getting what I wanted. Food really good and nicely priced. I got the hoisin sauce, shrimp/steak, bunch of veggies. 10/10 coming back when I visit Missouri again.Kid-friendliness: Lots of food options for any kid adults includedParking: It's at a hyvee, huge parking lot.Dietary restrictions: They have something for everyone.
Going to Springfield is an all day trip for us. Having lunch at hyvee takes care of that question, where do you want to go for lunch? The variety Is great! Everyone goes to their favorite counter and we meet at the table with our food. Quick and easy.

Meh is about as good as it gets. Food will come out lukewarm at most but they will not warm it up because "we can't take it back" and you might have to eat with your fingers. Quality and service have gone way down. Disappointing-- if you order just order to go.
