Need a policy change on patrons paying cash. When your staff would rather throw food away because I bring a $50 bill to pay for a $20 meal, that’s incredibly stupid. I did not see a sign anywhere, but even if there was one it would be ridiculous. Food was made, lady working the register refused to take my money. I’m pissed and will not be back to this location specifically.
I called this location attempting to order food. They say they are out of their delivery zone but they have delivered to this address many times before. They tell me to call the National location, which when I do the National location tells me that my address is in the Glenstone area and to call them back and then once again Glenstone says they are not!!! Since it appears your franchise would not like our business, I have decided the simple solution is for me to take Jimmy Johns...read full review
