My party of eight arrived and were seated promptly, but unfortunately the service and food quality quickly declined. We ordered drinks that took approximately 30–45 minutes to arrive. When they did, they tasted like juice with little to no alcohol, and we were informed that beer was unavailable.

Absolutely phenomenal food. But service is so bad! Went without any drink for almost 10 minutes as multiple servers stood in a corner and talked and discussed left over sake from another table.
Straight from Atlanta Georgia, visiting for prime trucking and stop by Kai’s and it was great food service was amazing and the design was very chill and relaxing. Very much enjoyable
