I mean it was fine, but the bussers and wait staff were behind us and were cussing and talking loudly, which I know this is a downtown resturant but the music was not very good and not vibey at all. The food was exceptional but not meant for dates especially since change of ownership. I will probably not go back.
We had a great experience at Kai. We had to make multiple modifications to our reservation and they were very accommodating. Their service staff were friendly and the food and drinks were delicious!
I had high expectations for Kai, especially since my reservation was made quite some time in advance. Unfortunately, it was not upheld. The hostess was rude and tried to push us into taking a table right by the front door, despite my reservation specifically requesting an upstairs table.
