“Everytime I drive thru the staff is very efficient and the food is good. This is just a job for these people are getting paid minimum wage I don’t expect much from what they’re paid to do. I don’t mind it. The people in these other reviews are off the chain doing too much. Come here if you need some chicken.“

“My husband's favorite and the only store I patronize are on Kansas and Battlefield in Springfield, MO. My biggest complaint is that it is quickly becoming unaffordable. It's chicken for christ's sake. The staff here is always accommodating in whatever you need and works to give you the best deal possible.“

“Not a bad location. The employees were very courteous and professional. The food seemed to be a little over cooked, are maybe not quite fresh but it was definitely ok for a quick afternoon meal. I had the fish and shrimp combo from the Long John Silver side.

“This KFC is amazing!! I order online every time, and I get the same thing: 2 piece drum and thigh with mac n cheese and a sweet tea. My chicken is always steamy hot and crispy, the tea is sweet, the biscuit is fresh, and the mac is always warm and delicious! I left my server with a tip today, he was such a nice guy. Highly recommend KFC here!“
