Manager was mad I ordered “all the chicken”. I have a large family and I needed 2 family meals. How dare I order chicken at a chicken restaurant.

Just ordered a chicken sandwich and potato wedges. Was told a 5 minute wait for wedges, which i was HAPPY about. My food came out in a minute, and my wedges were cold, tough, and old.
I already pulled through so it's not like it hurt their drive thru time. I was also the only person in line.
If people are willing to wait for fresh food, then give it to them!
The food was really hot and good. Unfortunately people were standing at the counter a long time before even being acknowledge.As a paying customer you had to wait for someone to acknowledge you to get a key to the bathroom,and you could hear an employee screaming and cussing in the kitchen about their home life. So the the dining experience was not very relaxing.
