Worst service & rudest people at the drive thru I have ever experienced at what has always been my favorite KFC. We were yelled at and belittled by the red head at the window. She was the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with there. In my opinion, she should be sent back to be trained in customer service and taught better manners. We didn't even eat there because of her. She was off her rocker.

When I ordered my meal through the drive through, I was informed I could only get juice. When asked about the iced tea, I was told the same thing. When I said skip the drink, the voice said ok, but it’s gonna cost you the same. Seriously? I left my spot and went to Long John Silvers.

This is a very clean location and the staff are always nice HOWEVER 3 TIMES now because of their system I cannot get the advertised specials. You have to order them online. Ok fine but the system is ALWAYS DOWN so you end up paying 40$ or more for the same thing.

Super disgusting I was super disgusted. The worker that was working had a nasty dirty jacket on. He also had fingernails that were packed full of black stuff. He was touching food without gloves he came in from smoking did not wash his hands. There was a family that walked in, looked at him walked right back out, I am all for people working that need the money. I understand that not everyone lives the same but if you’re working in a food environment, you need to be clean. I was also really disgusted by his behavior and by the managers behavior she threw the tray on the table that was next to us and didn’t even hand us our food. The chicken tenders look like they were almost black because the grease is so dirty that they use the fry them in I’m guessing it was all around a very awful experience definitely check out a different KFC in Springfield avoid this one at all cost
This was probably the dirtiest KFC I've been to in a long time. Upon entering the restaurant the tables were greasy and somewhat dirty. The floor was greasy and slippery along trash debris from outside blown in. We were not greeted with hi, hello, how may I help you. It was dine in or carry followed by well nothing. Counted 6 employees all of which were dirty standing around doing nothing while a broom and dustpan sitting next the counter just waiting on somebody to pick it up and use it. The men's bathroom was nasty very unclean and more than likely hadn't seen sanitizer in a while. Oncey wife was cought taking pictures of the restaurant I assume she was the manager grabbed the broom and began sweeping. The chicken was fried in dirty old grease and slightly over cooked, borderline burnt. This is definitely not the kind of KFC I believe corporate wants others to follow.
