My order was wrong.I ordered original and got extra crispy. That’s 1 then I got mashed potatoes instead of macaroni and cheese. And last but not least the corn had rotten corn. That’s unacceptable.I can over look the fact that my entire order was wrong but not something that would make me sick.
My order was shorted by 3 pieces, however the amazing staff went above and beyond to make it right. Highly recommend this location.

Not sure wha the hell is up with this kfc but the staff are kind and competent I was shocked today. If I was a secret shopper I would have scored them 99/100

It’s like they dug the last of foods by scrapping the bottom of the pan! Like the corn was old and dried up couldn’t eat it, the potatoes look like water with a little instant potatoes in it and old gravy.. do not go here …

Don't go within 30 minutes of closing time. Refused to take cash, had only cash. Never ever been to any restaurant, even after close, that wouldn't take cash.
A $75 order walked out the door.

Worst chicken ever. Couldn’t eat. 16 piece meal . Took the chicken out of the bucket and the bottom was a puddle of oil. Touched the chicken and the breading was gooey and fell off. Fries were soaked in oil. Since I live too far away I couldn’t return it.

Went there not last night but the night before to pick up dinner for my family around 9:15 PM. First of all, we wanted extra crispy chicken and they refused to give us extra crispy but we didn't fight it cus we were hungry. Little did we know that would be the least of our worries. Thank God the tenders we ordered for the baby were okay, but me and my baby's mother noticed the bone-in chicken was definitely too pink for our comfort. But we trusted it you know, cus it's KFC! Good food, right? Wrong. We both got food poisoning. So yesterday and today we have been absolutely sick miserable coming out both ends due to the raw chicken we ate! Bless that our baby didn't get food poisoning too, as the tenders were cooked thoroughly but in all honesty now I wish we DID fight for that extra crispy because if they would have just thrown it back in the fryer a little longer, we wouldn't be having to take care of a 19 month old baby sick with food poisoning right now. Ridiculous. The staff definitely needs to be temp checking the chicken before serving!!

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal the moment I open my mouth and asked for the number 13 (spicy sandwich meal) the lady was beyond rude & tried to correct my order in the most unprofessional tone possible. Turns out she just didn’t know the menu and thought I was ordering the wrong item. I asked over 3 times please add extra mayo. She was quick to end the conversation right there. When I pulled up to the window I asked one more time please make sure there is extra mayo, thinking she didn’t hear me the last 3 times. The woman had her back turned to me the whole time just cracking jokes with other staff. To really top off the horrible costumer service I infant did not get extra mayo on my chicken sandwich. I’ve been to KFC in three different states. I can reassure this has been the worst costumer service I’ve ever received at a kfc (not to add the driest spicy chicken sandwich but at this point that’s the least of my concern.) I understand with the way night shift works it doesn’t seem they fancy their job, the least you can do is be kind.

I visited the KFC location on Battlefield in Springfield, MO, based on online information indicating the availability of a buffet. However, the buffet was permanently unavailable. While the food quality was acceptable, my extra crispy chicken lacked crispiness despite possessing good flavor. The staff were pleasant, though somewhat unusual. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, aside from the absence of the advertised buffet. I would consider returning if in the area.

My husband's favorite and the only store I patronize are on Kansas and Battlefield in Springfield, MO. My biggest complaint is that it is quickly becoming unaffordable. It's chicken for christ's sake. The staff here is always accommodating in whatever you need and works to give you the best deal possible.

I hadn't ate here in 6 months due to how long it took to get my order out the last time. I decided to try it again. I understand big orders take longer. What I don't understand is how it takes 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time I order. The site told me to pick up 25 minutes after ordering, I was 10 minutes late and it still wasn't ready. They couldn't give me what I ordered when I got there and the only comp. they offered was water cups to wait. I don't think I'll be back. Please order 2 hours ahead of the time you want to actually eat.
