Service was very nice. Diningroom pretty clean for lunch hour. Person I was dining with had a 3 piece meal, chicken was overcooked or sat under a warmer too long kind of dry. Coleslaw barely had any sauce but tasted ok. The chicken bowl was delicious, hot and good portion size.

Over priced, old food, and poor customer service. Lady on the headset was rude in trying to rush us through the drive through when we where the only ones in line. Got our food 2 famous bowls and 2 sides of potato wedges. The wedges where dry and hard, and the famous bowl was cold and the chicken was old, my dog wouldn't even eat it.

I hadn't been to a KFC in probably 25 years and now I remember why. I just paid $14 for four small, overcooked honey bbq chicken tenders, fries, a biscuit and small drink. The biscuit and fries were fine. The chicken - WHICH THEY SPECIALIZE IN - was ATROCIOUS!!! I opened the box, and EVERY SINGLE PIECE of chicken was SOGGY as all get up, drowning in a watery sauce, and tough and overcooked. I will never return. What a disgrace. Don't waste your hard-earned money.

I ordered an 8 pc chicken bucket on the mobile app. I Put “pick up at 9p”. I made it to the restaurant at 9:04p. By that time, 25 minutes had passed. The lady on the speaker tells me, my chicken will be ready in 30 minutes. I told her I placed the order 25 minutes ago. She says the order came on her screen 5 minutes ago. Unless their system was down, that was a lie. When I go to the other KFC it’s ready at the exact time I put for pickup. Which means the staff at this particular kfc started making my order at exactly 9p. I go home and would just let my boyfriend go pick it up. On the order tracker in the app, it says my order is ready.. “my chicken order” . He gets there and is told there is no chicken and asked if I would take tenders instead? He calls me and I tell him yes. Then they say it will be 7 minutes on the tenders. So I couldn’t cancel my chicken order, now I’m stuck with tenders that I still have to wait to be made. This is a horrible experience with this place

Manager was working the drive thru. Rude and snarky. Ordered a 3pc combo and sandwich combo, only got the 3 pc. If you gonna go here I’d suggest going earlier l and maybe catch some one else working.

Julia had amazing customer service and was the absolute sweetest! She had a great attitude from the start, she chatted with me while I sat at the drive through window waiting for my food, and helped me feel so much better after a very stressful afternoon. She seemed like she genuinely enjoyed her job, which is hard to find in food service— Give this lady a raise! Bonus: food was hot and delicious, perfect for comfort food. 5 stars all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I used the coupon for the $5.99 leg and thigh deal. When I asked for my drink cup I was told a drink does not come with this. But if you look at the coupon it does come with a medium drink. I think that employee intentionally ripped me off. The food was delicious the atmosphere was fine the restaurant was clean. The employee needs to be retrained on looking at coupons

$6.91 for large French fry. After paying, I was informed that I would have to pull up and wait, because they did not have any cooked. No refunds either. Best to let the customer know this before taking their money. Going to stay away from the $6.91 french fry at KFC.
