Worst kfc ever chicken not done, bad biscuits ,everything cold (chicken)mashed potatoes watery,gravy iced cold ,wanted kfc regular, not crispy ,but got all crispy ,ten they said they were out due to fryer not working,never go back to that place again.

Ordered delivery which was kfc job to make sure they had everything in the bag, I was missing HALF of my order and nobody picked up the phone when I tried calling multiple times I dont understand how this place is still open considering the food that i did get was Poorly packaged and served cold

Let me first say, the man that assisted me at the drive thru was pleasant. But I asked for a crispy, 3-piece white meat; chicken and biscuit only. This is not crispy and it looks reheated in the microwave or like it’s from yesterday. Just awful! I was trying to grab a quick meal, eat it at home and head to church. But I can’t eat this. And I’m disappointed that I just spent $11.56 for it. Please do better with the quality of your food. With these prices, your customers deserve better. Personally, I’ll never order from here again.

I have been to this KFC on two different occasions and not had anything to eat yet. Today's excuse was the had to wain another 30 minutes after they opened before they could cook anything.
The chicken was overcooked the coleslaw was definitely old the customer service was one of the worst that I've seen in any fast food restaurant

This kfc is gnarly. First time I came here I thought it was just a one time thing. Second time I got a soggy biscuit, the Mac and cheese is old or off, the chicken strips aren’t seasoned well at all, and on top of that they forgot the sides I ordered.

This location really sucks. I haven't had negative experiences with any others but this one. I ordered a famous bowl no cheese and a drink through the drive thru. I'm told to pull around and wait without being given my drink. Takes 12 minutes to get me and when they bring it there is no drink. I go to ask an employee for my drink and the lights are off, doors are locked, and they're watching me through the window. I was nothing but polite. Even complimented the incompetent person at the drive thru. Last time I'll visit this location, they made sure to smother my famous bowl in cheese as well.
