Worst fast food experience ever. Customer service was terrible and very unfriendly. Service was extremely slow. They got our order wrong even forcing them to make the correction they overcharged us.

I love me some fried chicken from KFC but I must say I like the taste of Popeyes gravy over the gravy that is served here.. tha chicken is the bomb here in my opinion.

Well, I have to honest. I ordered online, so I wouldn't have to wait, only had 30 min. to grab lunch. Well, even with the order in front of them on screen, they still got it wrong. HOWEVER, they were very apologetic, and they did fix the order very quickly. They were very courteous and professional. And of course the food was good. Made it back from lunch a little late but thanks for making things right. 👍🏾

Got a festive fest 8pc meal and it had mac and cheese in it there was no Mac in the cheese went to call about it since I live a little over a hour and 20 minutes and they hung up highly disappointed wont go back

Went to KFC at kansa and battlefield in spfd Mo and stood there over 15 months minutes and no one ever took our order. So we then decided to go to the KFC on South Campbell. We ordered a $10.00 meal and a chicken pot pie and 2 drinks.After we ordered the cashier came back and said they only had one thigh instead of the 2 we ordered. He wanted to give us a leg instead of a thigh which was less meat.When we got our order there was no chicken pot pie. My husband asked cashier where it was. The cashier said he thought we changed our mind and did not want it. The manager was rude and said no we can help you. We will not be recommending KFC to anyone due to no customer service.

Waited 19 minutes at the counter. When finally someone showed up to take our order. Waited another 15 minutes to get our order. The chicken was smaler than usual. The biscuits were so old. I just threw them away. The side dishes were better. Chicken tasted good overall. This place is a hit I miss.

Cleanest KFC I have ever seen in my life! Food was fresh, customer service was fantastic.
Service is something they really need to work on I ordered online when I got there I stood there for 10 minutes before somebody even acknowledged me or the other customers that were there. After checking in and let him know that I was there, it took another 20 minutes to get my food. The food was delicious. The restaurant was clean. If you're on a lunch break this is not the restaurant to go to.

There was a problem with my drive thru order. I went back and neither the person at the window or the manager on duty were willing to fix the mix-up. Poor customer service is what brought my overall rating so low

They forgot half of my food after I waited forever! Well first I only go for there to get biscuits and the chicken pot pies they forgot half of my food and they never have pot pies or I have to wait 20 minutes for one or two it's almost not worth it to even go because it's literally the only thing I get and have to wait I've even tried to call before hand! Their chicken, I can't stand... Its just too greasy for me. Also because I hate most chicken I do however did like the small little popcorn chicken till they changed it like on the famous bowls it's just not the same..... And as for their Mac and cheese I would give 1 star since the noodles are overcooked and it's like mashed Mac and cheese all bs aside they could do better!!!
