They forgot half of my food after I waited forever! Well first I only go for there to get biscuits and the chicken pot pies they forgot half of my food and they never have pot pies or I have to wait 20 minutes for one or two it's almost not worth it to even go because it's literally the only thing I get and have to wait I've even tried to call before hand! Their chicken, I can't stand... Its just too greasy for me. Also because I hate most chicken I do however did like the small little popcorn chicken till they changed it like on the famous bowls it's just not the same..... And as for their Mac and cheese I would give 1 star since the noodles are overcooked and it's like mashed Mac and cheese all bs aside they could do better!!!

I went to place an order and was told system was down and it would be a 10-20 minute wait for it that’s not including wait time for my order.This is not the first time there was something wrong lobby closed no help, go through the drive and have to wait forever. I thought fast food was just that not slow food.

There was only one lady working & she was fantastic. She kept up on the drive through, take out orders & eat in orders with a smile on her face. Super polite & respectful. She definitely deserves a raise.

Went to get the Tuesday special and asked for 2 original recipe boxes at 851pm exactly, I was told they had mostly crispy up. We love original, I asked how long it would take to make some I was told 30 minutes, I told the guy that'd be fine as we were making potatoes and Mac and cheese at home. He than sounded a little surprised and said his cook just finished cleaning the kitchen for the night which is fine and I took what they had which didn't taste so well. Afterwards I was pretty bothered that they were open till 10pm and couldn't make more chicken with over an hour left before closing. I won't be returning, the last 2 trips to a KFC for me has been terrible and pretty much the same.

It's not a special place. Have to produce an ID for anything over 25. That is the most stupidest thing ever. Will never take another step in this place again. I recommend nobody go here for anything.

place was clean. staff was friendly and made sure we got the best deal. bathrooms were clean. plenty of parking. the person who took our orders was joseph. not sure if i have the right location. but everything was very good
