When we lived in Springfield for 20 years 30 years ago we found Cashew Chicken, we ate there almost every Sunday! We loved everything. The food was wonderful and the staff was great, my little girls loved them. Even when they were grown it was still their favorite place to eat.
The Original Springfield Cashew chicken is still delicious and going strong. We all got cashew Chicken and it was fresh and tasty.
The facility has seen better days, and if you are looking for authentic Chinese look elsewhere, but if you are looking for classic cashew chicken get some!
Dietary restrictions: My wife has alpha Gal and they accommodated her needs with no hassle. Good job!
