Went here with my girlfriend and we loved it!! Went on a night when a bunch of teenagers were there before homecoming, but that didn’t cause any issues for us. Small wait to get a table, but the owner let us order drinks from the bar while we waited. Even let me use his readers!!! Food was great. I had the lamb osso buco and my girlfriend had the filet. It’s were magnificent!!! Will be visiting again the next time we are in the area
This was hard to give a star rating to be honest. The restaurant has a wonderful environment, comfortably dim lighting and great aesthetic overall. The staff is always wonderful and food always arrives quickly and perfectly cooked right from the kitchen. Above all else, the most amazing thing that ever happened here was how a nightmare situation was handled. I found out the hard way that my debit card had been blocked on a Sunday. I had no cash and no way to get anything over the counter or from an ATM from the bank. They said it was no problem and with seemingly no hesitation took my word that I would return with payment the very next day after work. It was unbelievable. The ONLY reason I can't give a full five stars is that a lot of my go to dishes like enchiladas and burritos seem to lack flavor....their tacos however are out of this world! In the end, this could very well be a taste preference as my home cooking is generally incredibly spicy. Too much for most.Bottom line, very much worth a visit.
I just love there food. And the workers are friendly!! And you don't have to wait very long for your food. Very nice place to eat. And the the restaurant is clean.
I am from our of town.so I haven't been in a couple of years.i was looking forward to the seafood tacos. Had them tonight 6-15-22 it wasn't the same.before it was a cold seafood mix. Tonight was a hot crab and shrimp .not anything like I use to get and loved only went there for them . Other than tha.its t like any other mexican restaurant.
I'm only giving 3 stars because the drinks were good. The beans were decent. My fish tacos were lacking flavor and seasoning. The only thing that gave them flavor was the sauce on top and barely flavored them. My husband got tacos. I think they were "carnitas" and they had lettuce and tomato and were also bland. Personally I dont think lettuce and tomato should go on carnitas. They need a taco salsa maybe green or something but they only have tomato type sauce salsa much like pasta sauce. At least that's all she offered when asked if they had something Spicer. The guacamole was decent. In reply to owner comment- my husband also from Mexico and the tacos nor the salsa is like nothing like anything I've ever had in my 20 years traveling and eating anywhere there. Sorry I hadn't even realized many others compared it to pasta sauce but that's what it tastes like. This doesn't hit me as anything authentic except your beans and guacamole. I'm curious the region of Mexico because I've eaten in many of them.
Good food, great service and great atmosphere. It's located in the perfect spot. Would definitely recommend and would dine again.
Picked up a catering order for a family dinner. The food was amazing! The service was fast and friendly! We will definitely eat there again.
Dont like this but....Saturday night thought we'd give it a try. Not busy at all so it wasn't bc of that. Queso was a weird gritty cheese substance. Asked and they said it's all they could get. Waitress hated us immediately. Just very poor service and drinks and food. Glad I got to try it but that's where it ends.
Ordered tacos de asada and got a burrito ??
Good food, friendly staff

Ok, I'm picky about salsa - in that it shouldn't be watery and shouldn't taste Italian - I mention that because their "salsa" taste like marinara sauce. I asked for spicy salsa instead and it tastes the same with a little spice in it. Not a fan.The PROs: wait time was very little for a Saturday night and the waitresses were sure running around taking care of everything. The waitress for our table was very sweet but service was lacking (see con's). Ambiance is fine for a bar/grill place, no frills. The CONs: drunks at the bar at 630pm on a Saturday and still getting served drinks. Waitress forgot my spicy salsa twice. She was slow getting second rounds of drinks out. Food was not very good, I ordered fish tacos (which was my first time ever ordering these, so take this for what it was), but with how people talk up fish tacos in general I thought I finally should try (I love fish, I love tacos, case closed) - these were subpar at best, the fish was bland, the sauces were ok but didn't bring anything exciting to the bite. The bartender seemed to just sit behind the bar while the waitresses did hosting, waitressing, and cleaning tables. The bartender is literally starring at people coming in but can't be bothered to take names down and act as a hostess?Overall: would not revisit and would have rated lower if it weren't for the fact that on a Saturday night we got a seat within 8 mins and the waitresses were at least nice even though running all over the place.
Food was awful. I should have known the second we tasted the salsa... Yikes. Who uses basil instead of cilantro in salsa? So, so bizarre. When our entrees came out, it looked like the beans and rice had been dished up a long time ago....a dry crust over the beans and dried out rice. My husband's carne asada also tasted suuuper old. Yuck! We were surprised by the really cheap quality of the flour tortillas. It was unexpected in the first place to receive flour tortillas for my fish tacos - typically these would have been corn tortillas. Didn't make sense. All that said, our server was very nice.
Allergy friendly. Taco salad the perfect balance of hearty and light. Good Mother's beer with a seasonal always on tap.
Doesn't understand vegan means no meat or cheese but has a vegan menu.
The food and service is pretty okay. But I will say the salsa taste like marinara with onions. It was weird. But the rest was pretty good
