Lexine was great. She offered to clear our plates and get our entire table refills without us asking, even though they were slammed.

The tables and booths are always sticky and the sandwich bread is often stale. The staff are kind and helpful but I wish they would clean the seating area more often. The soup is usually hot and fresh and the cookies are always good.
I've been to this location and never got anything less than a very good sandwich. They are consistently very high in quality and service. This time I I had a Horseradish Roast Beef and Cheddar with a side of steamed broccoli.
I love a pastrami sandwich and McAlister makes a good one.
Very delicious
It was a very busy Sunday lunch. Even though it was very crowded, the staff did a great job not rushing people. Tables were clean and the dining room was being tidied the whole time we were there.

As close to NYC Reuben as you will find in the Ozarks - very generous
I recently had a delivery mishap on an order from McAlister's, and although the issue was no fault of the restaurant they went above and beyond to make it right. I sincerely appreciate their dedication to customer service. :)
Always good food and a great place for our meetings!
This is a well-managed and well- staffed McAlister's. Food is always great, employees check on patrons and the space is inviting. Only caveat is the space near the front that is closed. Seems like it's been like that for a while.
Had to get rid of the best sandwich that had the cranberry jam on it. ðŸ˜
