They dont listen when taking an order. Almost always miss the additions or deletions, too worried about clicking buttons and not listening.

This is a good but busy McAllister‘s. The tea is great as always, and the food is good. They usually have the chicken noodle soup where the other ones don’t. They have outside seating but I’ve never seen anyone sit there. Parking is a little tight but you can park on the west side by the barbecue place. This is one of the busier ones so it’s best to call ahead or come a little early.

Horrible! So we ordered a spud max but they are out of butter! When we said we will just have our money back, she asked the other employee if the food had been made yet, (we had not gotten it yet) unfortunately I don’t care! I personally am not eating a potato with no butter… it was 830pm when this was ordered they close at 9 so they packaged the food to go, which is rude! Then we ordered a large honey bbq nacho for 11.00 picture included, 4 pieces of pork, some chips, and jalepenos, thank goodness we opened them at the restaurant because they forgot the nacho cheese, when we said where is the queso Makayla looked over our shoulder at the table and said you didn’t get queso? Like we were lying or something! Then rolled her eyes no apology…just Ill get that… just crazy for a 50.00 meal…
The best!!!@

The team at this location were very friendly and the food was great! The Manager was very friendly. We will make this location a go to place when we are in town.
The floors are always dirty and tables are never clean but the service is friendly and the food okay. Pricey, not bad for how pricey it is. I mean, you’re going to mccalisters. If you wanted a bigger, cheaper sandwich, go to Jimmy John’s or Picklemans.
I don't understand what is so difficult about, cut my sandwich in half one time and wrap it. I do not want toothpicks shoved into my to-go order.
Staff was rudeand the food was made with no care.
The homeless guy out front was friendly and polite!

Good food, friendly service
We had take out, excellent sandwiches, and stuffed potatoes
This was one of the worst experiences at McAlister's. The girl who took our order was very hateful. I asked her to look at my rewards to see if I had any and she didn't even do that. I found out I would have had $4 off. I watched the man, or boy, who was cleaning tables, completely disrespect another customer who thought he knew him. The customer asked a general question as to whether they had met before and the person who was cleaning the tables could not have been more rude. The manager, or I don't know if she was or not, but she seemed to be in charge, couldn't grant anybody a smile or kindness if she had to. I was overcharged for my drinks so I took my ticket back to get my tea time price, and both the manager acting lady and the girl with the ponytail who was taking orders, seemed to behave as though it was my fault or my problem. This was supposed to be a great day before going back to school, but could not get out of there soon enough. We will never return to the McAlister's on Sunshine Street. It definitely is under different management now with the former manager gone. I think restaurants forget that people choose to spend their money with them. When you spend $45 for food like McAllister's offers, that's a pretty good investment because it's a little bit of salad and a little bit of a sandwich or potato. Most people pay for the customer service and the quality of service. We certainly lost out all the way around today.
Good food if they just don't forget half of it
Friendly staff, delicious food. A bit pricey, but good! Big open windows, outdoor seating. All in all a good place for lunch.
