Delicious as always. Front of House seemed rather distracted, but still very kind and helpful.

The food is average at best. The staff could pay better attention to the dining area. The cost is too high for the quality and serving. A modest lunch for two was $30. Bidenomics!

I travel for work and eat at McAlisters...a lot. This is one of the worst ones I've been to. Today I ordered and when my meal was brought out the croissant was burned. I asked if I could get one that wasn't burnt. They removed my sandwich and then returned with the exact same sandwich with an extra burned croissant on the plate. Telling me this is the only bread they could get me. So much for a good dinner before work ?

I recently visited McAlister's at Sunshine & Campbell, and it was a terrible experience. The prices are ridiculously high for the subpar quality! The service was atrocious—employees were not only rude but also spent most of their time laughing and chatting among themselves, completely ignoring the customer needs. The place was filthy and unkempt, adding to the unpleasantness. The noise level was unbearable due to the blaring music and especially the loud employees in the back. The back staff was heard hollering very rudely to each other, too. It was impossible to have a conversation. I definitely won't be returning after coming for years and the management clearly continues to decline. The unclean areas and poor activities (both physical and audible) visible through the kitchen window means I will not be buying lunch for my local office team here upon returning to manage my own business' Springfield location.

Over priced to me, for what you get. Fancy names doesn't equal great quality
