I just went through the drive thru. It was fast, convenient, and no one hung my bag out the window.
Sat at the outside drive thru lane for over 15 minutes while they took orders from 4 different vehicles on inside lane. Finally had to pull up to window to place my order, girl at window tells me to pull back around into the other lane, refused to take order at window. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in Springfield. The food is always undercooked, burger was practically raw. Asked for mustard, no ketchup on it and all I get is a little spot of mustard in center of bun. Fries were cold and stale. Will never go to this location again.

Y'all really need to get it together here. We didn't get enough sauce so I had to go back in from drive thru to get more. Instead of helping me the employee told me to just use the kiosk. After telling her I came from the drive thru she proceeds to tell me to grab it myself. I do not work here and it's not my job to grab this stuff. On top of the unprofessional way that was handled my fries are cold! Definitely staying away from this McDonald's specifically. It wasn't busy at all so there was no reason I had to go behind the counter and search for sauce. There was no reason we should have received cold fries when any other McDonald's would keep us waiting to give us fresh fries. This was just disappointing

The whole experience from the drive thru not detecting our vehicle and sitting there until finally pulling to the window to order, to the food tasting worse than we have ever had at any McDonald's. Fries were soggy and very dark. Just bad quality control nowadays.
