I dont understand why they're never prepared. Not just this mcdonald. Most in Springfield. Do we not know how to read projections and plan accordingly? If people quit then work to retain them. Its really not hard to plan for. I mean mcdonalds makes it too easy for uou not to do better.

Decided to have McDonalds this morning McMuffins and biscuits were hard has a rock couldn’t eat them! Absolutely disgusting. Employee was rude as well! Definitely never going there again!

Tried to charge us for the wrong persons meal, waited 30 minutes for our order, they brought us three different orders that werent ours while we waited asking if it was ours, then gave us our food which was missing a large portion of our order. Pick the most competent person at the store, offer them a janitoral position, fire everyone else

Best customer service i’ve ever received from a fast food place! Was doing a doordash order and about every 2 minutes they were updating me on the order and asking if i needed anything while i wait! So happy to see that this McDonalds is on top of there A game with everything! DEFINITELY 5/5 star rating! Great job guys!

Its the WORST MCDONALDS IN SPFD. You cant get mcdouble meal deal, there's no button apparently. They give you the wrong orders and it takes 15 mins minimum to get through the drive thru nc they only have 1 person doing both lines... NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK. And they didnt even give me my holiday pies.... that mcdoanlds needs shut down and a while new crew who knows how to WORK.

Placed an order on the app and went to pick it up. Both drive through lines were full, lights were on inside, and we could see at least one employee inside ignoring the drive through window. We waited in a curbside spot for about 25 minutes and saw everyone in the drive through leave, as well as the other people in curbside pickup. We ended up leaving, it looked like whoever was working just left. Couldn't get a refund through the app because the order was marked completed.

App let us place order. We go to drive thru and recording greeted us. Person said one moment then asked for order. Then never came back. Waited fifteen minutes. Both drive through lines full and people leaving since no one was answering. Despite being open doors were locked and no one ever came to drive thru or window. Saw workers inside ignoring us. Multiple people explained they had been waiting and decided to leave as well. Tried calling as well no answer just rang nonstop for four minutes.

Cancelled order in app and tbh think I’m gonna be done with McDonalds - last couple visits been waiting 30+ minutes for food and they can’t seem to hire or pay enough to get employees.

Edit: followed the link McDonald’s posts for feedback - you fill out a lengthy form and once you submit it goes to and “Page not found” and doesn’t submit.

If you ever order food from here and they mess up your order as they have multiple times with me, make sure they wright your name down. I told Dallas the manager about how they gave me one patty on my burgers on a double cheese burger and he said he will wright my name down and failed to do so. When I came today to ask for it. He doesn’t even remember me calling him and said he needed a receipt. Though I mentioned him by name. Like if It didnt happen why would I remember the manager that I called. They aren’t that memorable to remember.

I had a incorrect order about a week ago which I called about and they said they would notate it down so I can get replacement food at a later date. I decided to get that food today. It was not written down. The manager on duty was extremely rude to me about it. I tried explaining the situation and she rudely spoke over me demanding what I wanted. She did end up giving us the food (with a side of major additude) but did not give us a chance to order the additional food we were trying to order. As a manager she shows her employees how to treat their customers. It is very obvious by how she treated us that she is not demonstrating to her employees how to interact with customers well. Even though I live less then half a mile from this store I will not be going back again.
