This place needs to fire some of the employees and maybe management. Seriously, we need to get the attention of an employee to be helped! What is that. These guys are a disrespect to the customers and dashers in the area! I'm glad Springfield has a million other locations. Never gonna go here again after the disrespect I've received as a customer and a contractor for delivering their orders. And the way we are treated and ignored in the drive thru is terrible.

Had to wait over 20 minutes on the burger patties to be cooked so they said. When I finally got my order it was incorrect and the burger. patties were burnt. Fries were very cold they must have been sitting g in the bag the whole time while the burger patties were being burnt. I asked for no pickle extra onions the tag was correct but there was no onions on the burgers.

Drive thru in the morning is horrible. The service staff at the window seems to do okay. The food quality is non-existent. McDonald's food quality has bottomed out in the last 40 or 50 years, that's no secret. You used to still be able to at least get a decent breakfast at a fair price. Those days are gone, too.
My food was cold. Didn't even melt the cheese, which is strange because the bun was burned black. Perhaps because I waited 10 minutes for hash browns. Not even the coffee is good anymore.

I just ordered this. I work next to this place I would have waited for you to make more. This was a mobile order This is really unacceptable for chicken nuggets and I got this I got everything else. Thanks You really must hate your job when you can’t even put four chicken nuggets in the box instead just add sauce in the box.

Doordash drivers are not second-class citizens. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before the employee even looked at me. Then, he continued to wait another 5 minutes for him to do other things. He never came back to the counter. I had to ask the nice woman on the line to hand me the Doordash order I was picking up, which had been ready before I even got to the restaurant.
Next time, do not expect a driver to ask. Expect them to walk around the counter into the kitchen and grab the food themselves.
I am not a lower person than you. Neither is the customer I am picking up this order for. I stayed entirely silent, not pestering anyone the entire time I was here. And still was treated like an untouchable. All because an employee could not burn 15 seconds to walk over and hand me an order.

I ate in the play place with my family, I saw food everywhere on the floors. It took long for McDonalds to bring our order to us, not too long but was longer than normal. My burger also looked bigger in the app (it wasn't tasty at all) and my fries were not even hot. My Hi-C lost flavor at the bottom of its cup. The play place is small too.

Ordered from them this morning. My breakfast was completely cold. My smoothie is not even half full and I was supposed to have whipped cream on it and didn’t Uber refuses to fix this and they refuse to fix any part of it either Manager was very rude. wanted nothing to do with fixing anything. They truly just need to be shut down guarantee you health department goes in there and they would shut it down. 🤢🤢🤢🤢
It's McDonald's it's gross and now it's expensive! Used to eat here because it was cheap but now no reason to eat here unless there is a good discount on a app! Only reason I ate here this time.
